      Organization  Act,  Limited  Health Service Organization Act,
      and Voluntary Health Services Plans  Act.  Requires  coverage
      under those Acts to include diabetes self-management training
      and education. Effective immediately.

 1        AN ACT creating the Diabetes Self-Management Training and
 2    Education Act.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 1.  Short title.  This Act may be  cited  as  the
 6    Diabetes Self-Management Training and Education Act.
