          Amends the  Illinois  Domestic  Violence  Act.   Makes  a
      stylistic change in the short title.

 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the Illinois Domestic Violence Act by
 2    changing Section 101.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Illinois Domestic Violence Act is amended
 6    by changing Section 101 as follows:
 7        (750 ILCS 60/101) (from Ch. 40, par. 2311-1)
 8        Sec.  101.  Short Title.  This Act shall be known and may
 9    be cited as the "Illinois Domestic Violence Actof 1986".
