      concerning the short title. Makes a technical change.

 1        AN   ACT   to   amend   the  Technology  Advancement  and
 2    Development Act by changing Section 1001.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The  Technology Advancement and Development
 6    Act is amended by changing Section 1001 as follows:
 7        (20 ILCS 700/1001) (from Ch. 127, par. 3701-1)
 8        Sec. 1001.  Short title.  This Act shall be known and may
 9    be cited as the Technology Advancement and Development Act.
