          Amends the Whistleblower Reward and Protection Act.  Adds
      a caption to provisions setting forth the short title of  the
      Act.

 1        AN  ACT  to amend the Whistleblower Reward and Protection
 2    Act by changing Section 1.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The Whistleblower Reward and Protection Act
 6    is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
 7        (740 ILCS 175/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 4101)
 8        Sec. 1.  Short title.   This Act  may  be  cited  as  the
 9    Whistleblower Reward and Protection Act.
