          Makes appropriations to the Mark of the Quad Cities Civic
      Center  for  the  expansion  of  the  exhibition  facilities.
      Effective July 1, 1997.

 1        AN ACT making appropriations to  the  Mark  of  the  Quad
 2    Cities Civic Center.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The sum of $4,000,000, or so much as  may  be
 6    necessary,  is  appropriated  to  the Mark of the Quad Cities
 7    Civic Center from the General Revenue Fund for the  expansion
 8    of the exhibition facilities.
 9        Section  99.   Effective  date.  This Act takes effect on
10    July 1, 1997.
