 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1203
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1203, AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 3, by replacing lines 8 through  11  with  the
 5    following:
 6        "The   Commission  may  by  resolution  establish  a  Low
 7    Interest Home Improvement Loan Program in accordance with and
 8    subject to procedures established by a financial institution,
 9    as defined in the Illinois Banking Act.  The program shall be
10    administered with funds collected under the  Guaranteed  Home
11    Equity   Program,   subject  to  conditions  similar  to  the
12    following:".
