 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1250
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1250  on  page  4,
 3    line  7,  by  inserting before the word "rail" the following:
 4    "All  Every",  by  inserting  after  the  word   "rail"   the
 5    following: "carriers carrier" and by deleting the underscored
 6    language in lines 11 and 12.
