2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1260, on page 1,
3 line 11, by replacing "State or" with "State, or"; and
4 on page 1, line 12, by replacing "including an employee of"
5 with "or"; and
6 on page 1, line 17, by inserting after "capacity," the
7 following:
8 "or through his position of trust as a public officer or
9 employee,"; and
10 on page 1, by deleting lines 29 and 30; and
11 on page 2, by deleting lines 1 through 3.
