          Appropriates $2 to the Illinois Building  Commission  for
      its ordinary and contingent expenses.  Effective immediately.

 1        AN ACT making appropriations.
 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much of  that  amount
 5    as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Building
 6    Commission for its ordinary and contingent expenses.
 7        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
 8    becoming law.
