 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1370
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1370, on  page  2,
 3    line  2,  by  inserting  the  following immediately after the
 4    period:
 5    "The  provisions  of  this  subsection  shall  not  apply  to
 6    municipalities and school districts included under subsection
 7    (d) of this section.".
