      305 ILCS 5/4-4            from Ch. 23, par. 4-4
          Amends the TANF (formerly AFDC) Article of the Public Aid
      Code.   Makes  stylistic  changes  in  a  Section  concerning
      eligibility for medical assistance.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Illinois Public Aid Code by  changing
 2    Section 4-4.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Illinois Public Aid Code  is  amended  by
 6    changing Section 4-4 as follows:
 7        (305 ILCS 5/4-4) (from Ch. 23, par. 4-4)
 8        Sec. 4-4. Entitlement to medical assistance. Children and
 9    adults  qualified  for  aid are shall be entitled to receive,
10    under Article V, all necessary medical assistance.
