          Appropriates $38,076,800 to the Administrative Office  of
      the Illinois Courts for additional costs related to revisions
      in the juvenile justice system. Effective July 1, 1998.

 1        AN ACT making appropriations.
 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        Section 5.  The amount of $38,076,800, or so much of that
 5    amount  as  may  be  necessary,  is   appropriated   to   the
 6    Administrative  Office  of the Illinois Courts for additional
 7    costs related to revisions in the juvenile justice system.
 8        Section 99.  Effective date. This  Act  takes  effect  on
 9    July 1, 1998.
