          Amends the Department of Human  Services  Act  to  add  a
      Section  concerning  cost  of  living  increases  for  social
      service providers.  Contains only a caption.

 1        AN  ACT  to amend the Department of Human Services Act by
 2    adding Section 1-30.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The Department of Human Services is amended
 6    by adding Section 1-30 as follows:
 7        (20 ILCS 1305/1-30 new)
 8        Sec. 1-30.  Social  service  providers;  cost  of  living
 9    increase.
