          Amends the  Counties  Code  in  the  Division  concerning
      county hospitals in counties with a population over 1,000,000
      to  add  a  new  Section  concerning health care for homeless
      individuals.  Contains only a caption.

 1        AN ACT to amend  the  Counties  Code  by  adding  Section
 2    5-37012.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.  The  Counties  Code  is  amended  by  adding
 6    Section 5-37012 as follows:
 7        (55 ILCS 5/5-37012 new)
 8        Sec. 5-37012.  Health care for homeless individuals.
