 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1555
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1555 on page 2, by
 3    replacing lines 2 through 4 with the following:
 4             "(5)  guidelines regarding collateral  requirements,
 5        if  any,  for  the deposit of public funds in a financial
 6        institution  made  pursuant  to   this   Act,   and,   if
 7        applicable,  guidelines  for contractual arrangements for
 8        the custody and safekeeping of that collateral;".
