 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1567
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1567, AS  AMENDED,
 3    in  Section 5 of the bill, in Sec. 13-902, in subsection (g),
 4    in  the  second  sentence  of  paragraph  (1),  by  replacing
 5    "satisfy the notice requirement" with "be receipt  of  notice
 6    by the subscriber for purposes"; and
 7    in  Section 5 of the bill, in Sec. 13-902, in subsection (g),
 8    in the third sentence of paragraph (1), by replacing "satisfy
 9    the notice requirements of this Section" with "be receipt  of
10    notice by the subscriber for purposes of this paragraph".
