      change to the short title provision.

 1        AN  ACT to amend the Condominium Property Act by changing
 2    Section 1.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The  Condominium Property Act is amended by
 6    changing Section 1 as follows:
 7        (765 ILCS 605/1) (from Ch. 30, par. 301)
 8        Sec. 1. Short title.
 9        This  Act  shall  be  known  and  may  be  cited  as  the
10    "Condominium Property Act."
