 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1612
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1612 on  page  17,
 3    by replacing lines 1 through 6 with the following:
 4    "assistance  bonds under this Section 9.6c for the purpose of
 5    funding the assistance program, which bonds shall be  revenue
 6    bonds  payable  from  any  lawfully available revenue source,
 7    including  without  limitation  receipts  from   the   loans.
 8    Assistance"; and
 9    on   page   17,   by  replacing  lines  11  through  14  with
10    "district.".
