 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1707
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1707, AS  AMENDED,
 3    in  Section  20,  in  the  introductory  clause, by replacing
 4    "Sections 10.65, 36, and 51" with "Sections  10.65,  36,  and
 5    95"; and
 6    in Section 20, by replacing Sec. 51, with the following:
 7        "(510 ILCS 77/95 new)
 8        Sec.  95.  Violations  of  Environmental  Protection Act.
 9    Livestock management facilities and livestock waste  handling
10    facilities  shall  be  subject to penalties and liability for
11    any violations of the Environmental Protection Act including,
12    but not limited to, violations of subsection (a) of Section 9
13    and subsections (a) and (b) of Section 12 of that Act.".
