      with State agency procurement authority.

 1        AN ACT repealing Section 11.5 of the State Finance Act.
 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        (30 ILCS 105/11.5 rep.)
 5        Section 5.  The State Finance Act is amended by repealing
 6    Section 11.5.
