          Appropriates  $1  to  the  Department  of  Commerce   and
      Community  Affairs  to study the Illinois Employment Training
      Center network.  Effective July 1, 1998.

 1        AN ACT regarding appropriations.
 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        Section  1.   The  sum  of  $1  is  appropriated  to  the
 5    Department  of  Commerce  and  Community Affairs to study the
 6    effectiveness of  the  Illinois  Employment  Training  Center
 7    network.
 8        Section 5.  This Act takes effect July 1, 1998.
