      305 ILCS 5/Article XVI heading new
          Amends  the  Illinois  Public  Aid  Code.   Creates   the
      Children's  Health Insurance Article in the Code.  Creates an
      Article heading only.

 1        AN ACT regarding health insurance for children.
 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        Section  5.   The  Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
 5    adding Article XVI as follows:
 6        (305 ILCS 5/Article XVI heading new)
 7              ARTICLE XVI.  CHILDREN'S HEALTH INSURANCE
