          Making  an  appropriation  to  the  Department  of  Human
      Services.

 1        AN ACT making appropriations.
 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        Section 5.  The sum of $200,000 or so much thereof as may
 5    be  necessary,  is  appropriated  to  the Department of Human
 6    Services for the Farm Resource Center  for  the  purposes  of
 7    increasing  the grant lines affiliated with the Farm Resource
 8    Center Outreach Program.
 9        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect  July
10    1, 1998.
