 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Joint Resolution 18  on
 3    page 2, by replacing line 6 with the following:
 4    "affecting title to real property; therefore, be it"; and
 5    on page 2, by replacing line 17 with the following:
 6    "in which the real property is situated; and be it further".
