6 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its
7 Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated May 1, 1998,
8 with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the
9 Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g
10 of the School Code; therefore, be it
11 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
12 OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
13 CONCURRING HEREIN, that each of the school district waiver
