 1                      AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3 on page 2, line 5
 3    by inserting after "day." the following:
 4    "An employer may require that the duration of any  period  of
 5    leave be not less than 2 hours.".
