 1        AN ACT making an appropriation to the Attorney General.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The sum of $1, or so much thereof as  may  be
 5    necessary,  is  appropriated  to  the  Attorney  General  for
 6    tobacco control.

 7        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
 8    becoming law.
