 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 65

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 65 as follows:

 3    on page 3, line  19,  after  the  period,  by  inserting  the
 4    following:

 5    "The  Authority  shall  provide  to the Department of Central
 6    Management Services  details  of  all  proposals  to  utilize
 7    Tollway  right  of  way to place telecommunications cable, or
 8    conduit to be used for such cable, if the distance over which
 9    the proposed cable or conduit is to be placed is greater than
10    one mile.".
