 1        AN  ACT to amend the Illinois Ground Water Protection Act
 2    by changing Section 1.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section   5.   The Illinois Groundwater Protection Act is
 6    amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 7        (415 ILCS  55/1)  (from  Ch.  111  1/2,  par.  7451)  53f
 8              Sec.  1.   Short  title. This Act shall be known as
 9    and may be cited as the "Illinois Groundwater Protection Act"
10    .
