 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 143 on page  1,  by
 3    replacing lines 13 and 14 with the following:
 4        "(b)  Each   hospital  shall  develop  a  written  policy
 5    statement reflecting the requirements of subsection".
