 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 227

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 227 on page  4,  by
 3    replacing lines 21 and 22 with the following:
 4             "(5)  Not  being  entitled to the possession of more
 5        than 31 firearms, possesses or"; and

 6    on page 4, by deleting lines 26 through 29; and

 7    on page 5, by deleting lines 1 and 2; and

 8    on page 5, by replacing line 3 with the following:
 9             "(1)  A person who violates paragraph (1) of"; and

10    on page 5, by replacing line 5 with the following:
11             "(2)  A person who violates paragraph (2) of"; and

12    on page 5, by replacing line 10 with the following:
13             "(3)  A person who violates paragraph (3) of"; and

14    on page 5, by replacing line 15 with the following:
15             "(4)  A person who violates paragraph (4) of"; and

16    on page 5, by replacing line 20 with the following:
17             "(5)  A person who violates paragraph (5) of".
