 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 305

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 305 on page 58,  by
 3    replacing    lines  17  through  20  with  "purposes  of this
 4    subsection, a property interest acquired in a  single  parcel
 5    of  property  by  a  member of the corporate authority, which
 6    property  is  used    exclusively  as  the  member's  primary
 7    residence, shall not be deemed to constitute an  interest  in
 8    any  property  included  in  a redevelopment area or proposed
 9    redevelopment area that was established before  December  31,
10    1989,  but  the  member  must disclose the acquisition to the
11    municipal clerk under the provisions of this subsection.".
