 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 382

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 382 on page 3, line
 3    9,  by  replacing  "payment"  with  "payment  or   department
 4    responsible for resolving disputes"; and

 5    on  page  3  by  replacing  lines  14  through  31  with  the
 6    following:
 7    "has  the  meaning  given  that  term in Section 356r of this
 8    Code.".
