 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 424

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 424 on page 2, line
 3    30 by changing "2000" to "2004"; and

 4    on page 4, line 3 by inserting after "General" the following:
 5    ", or a chief executive of a police agency with the  approval
 6    from the State's Attorney or Attorney General,"; and

 7    on page 6, line 4 by changing "2000" to "2004".
