 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House  Bill  521  on  page  2,
 3    lines  14  and 15, by deleting "as identified in the building
 4    permit issued for the improvement"; and

 5    on page 2, lines 23 and 24, by deleting "as identified in the
 6    building permit issued for the improvement"; and

 7    on page 2, lines 32 and 33, by deleting "as identified in the
 8    building permit issued for the improvement"; and

 9    on page 3, lines 27 and 28, by deleting "as identified in the
10    building permit issued for the improvement".
