 4    on page 5, line 4, by changing "expired" to "expire"; and

 5    on page 5, line 27, immediately after "State", by inserting "
 6    ."; and

 7    on page 6, line 26, by changing "provide" to "provided"; and

 8    on page 7, line 23, by changing "prescribe" to  "prescribed";
 9    and

10    on  page 7, line 23, immediately after "of the", by inserting
11    "following"; and

12    on page 8, line 24, by deleting "a"; and

13    on page 8, line 26, by changing "license" to "licensed"; and

14    on page 10, line 3, by changing "provision" to "provisions".
