 1        AN  ACT  to  amend the Illinois Promotion Act by changing
 2    Section 1.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section  5.   The  Illinois  Promotion  Act is amended by
 6    changing Section 1 as follows:

 7        (20 ILCS 665/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 200-21)
 8        Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be shall be  known  and
 9    cited as the Illinois Promotion Act.
