 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 800

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  800,  on  page  1,
 3    immediately below line 16, by inserting the following:
 4        ""Physician" means a person licensed to practice medicine
 5    in all its branches under the Medical Practice Act of 1987.";
 6    and

 7    on  page  1, in line 27, after "Board", by inserting "and the
 8    Medical Licensing Board"; and

 9    on page 1, in line 28, by replacing  "Board"  with  "Boards";
10    and

11    on  page  1,  in  line 28, by replacing "it makes" with "they
12    make".
