 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 802

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 802 on page  4,  by
 3    replacing lines 15 and 16 with the following:
 4        "(d)  No operator of a motorcycle, motor driven cycle, or
 5    motorized  pedalcycle shall permit a passenger under 16 years
 6    of age to ride without wearing a"; and

 7    on page  5,  by  replacing  lines  19  through  31  with  the
 8    following:
 9        "(c)  A  violation  of  this  Section  is a petty offense
10    punishable by  a fine not to exceed $5."; and

11    on page 5, line 32, by replacing "(e)" with "(d)".
