 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 806

 2        Amendment NO.___.  Amend House Bill 806 on page 8,  lines
 3    17 and 24, by replacing "$25,000" each time it appears with "
 4    $10,000"; and

 5    on page 8, line 22, by inserting ", when the cost will exceed
 6    $30,000," after "construction contracts"; and

 7    on  page  9,  line  7,  by  inserting  ",  facsimile,"  after
 8    "telephone"; and

 9    on  page  9,  line  14,  by inserting "construction contracts
10    involving less than $30,000 and all other" after "All" and by
11    replacing "$25,000" with "$10,000"; and

12    on page 10, line 20, by replacing "$25,000" with "$10,000 (or
13    $30,000 in the case of construction contracts)"; and

14    on page 11, line 8, by replacing "$25,000" with "$10,000".
