 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 886

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  886,  by  deleting
 3    lines 4 through 20; and

 4    on  page  1,  line 26, by changing "A" to "Testimony given in
 5    a"; and

 6    on page 2, by inserting below line 11 the following:
 7        "(c)  Nothing in  this  Section  shall  be  construed  as
 8    affecting the utilization of evidence depositions as provided
 9    in Supreme Court Rule 212(b).".
