 1        AN ACT to  amend  the  Environmental  Protection  Act  by
 2    changing Section 22.10.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The Environmental Protection Act  is  amended
 6    by changing Section 22.10 as follows:

 7        (415 ILCS 5/22.10) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1022.10)
 8        Sec.  22.10. Permits; multiple generators. The Agency may
 9    issue permits that which authorize  owners  or  operators  of
10    treatment,  storage and disposal facilities to receive Agency
11    approved categories of waste from multiple generators.
