 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 943

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  943,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 3, by replacing lines 10 through 14  with  the
 5    following:
 6        "A  governing commission, with no less than $4,000,000 in
 7    its guarantee fund, may by  resolution,  duly  adopted  by  a
 8    majority   of  the  governing  commission,  establish  a  Low
 9    Interest Home Improvement Loan Program.  The program shall be
10    administered with funds collected under the  Guaranteed  Home
11    Equity Program, subject to the following conditions:".
