 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1150

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1150 on page 25  by
 3    deleting lines 15 through 33; and

 4    on page 26 by deleting lines 1 through 24; and

 5    on page 27 by replacing line 27 with the following:
 6    "January  1,  2000,  except that Section 70 of this Act takes
 7    effect January 1, 2001.".
