 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1175

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1175 on page 6,  by
 3    replacing lines 4 through 11 with the following:
 4    "gang  activity.   No  male  committed  person  in  an  adult
 5    facility   in   a  super  maximum  security  facility  or  on
 6    disciplinary segregation  is  allowed  contact  visits.   Any
 7    committed person classified as C grade or any person found in
 8    possession  of illegal drugs or who fails a drug test may not
 9    be permitted contact visits  for  a  period  of  at  least  6
10    months.".
