 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1180

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1180, on  page  11,
 3    line  20,  after "stated.", by inserting "Nothing in this Act
 4    shall prohibit a Public Safety  Personnel  Organization  from
 5    stating   the   actual  number  of  members  it  has  in  any
 6    geographical area."; and

 7    on page 12, by deleting lines 30 through 34; and

 8    on page 13, by deleting lines 1 and 2.
