 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1188

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1188 on page 2,  by
 3    inserting below line 2, the following:

 4        "Section     11.  Address     confidentiality    program;
 5    administration.  Subject to appropriations for  the  purposes
 6    of this Act, the Attorney General shall administer an address
 7    confidentiality program for victims of domestic violence.".
