 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1252

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  1252  on  page  1,
 3    lines 17 and 18, by replacing  "an automobile a motor vehicle
 4    " with the following:
 5    "a  motor  vehicle,  excluding  a  motorcycle  as  defined in
 6    Section 1-147 of the Illinois Vehicle Code,"; and

 7    on page 1, line 19 by replacing  "automobile  motor  vehicle"
 8    with the following:
 9    "motor  vehicle, excluding a motorcycle as defined in Section
10    1-147 of the Illinois Vehicle Code,".
