 1        AN ACT to amend the Illinois Sports Facilities  Authority
 2    Act by changing Section 22.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The Illinois Sports Facilities Authority  Act
 6    is amended by changing Section 22 as follows:

 7        (70 ILCS 3205/22) (from Ch. 85, par. 6022)
 8        Sec.  22.  Management agreement. If the Authority has not
 9    entered into a management agreement, pursuant to Section 9 of
10    this Act, with a major league professional baseball franchise
11    before September  1, 1988, the Authority and any tax  imposed
12    pursuant to this Act shall be abolished September 1, 1988.
