 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1286

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  1286  on  page  1,
 3    line  15,  by  replacing  "have  a  fiduciary duty" with "are
 4    accountable"; and

 5    on page  1,  line  29,  after  "holders"  by  inserting  "are
 6    presumed to"; and

 7    on  page  2,  line  2,  after  "trust" by inserting ", unless
 8    otherwise provided in the land trust agreement".
